Returns
- We accept returns within 30 days from the date of purchase.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

How to Initiate a Return
- Contact Us: Please email us at service@famousireals.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
- Return Authorization: Once your return request is reviewed, we will send you a Return Authorization and instructions on how to return your product.
- Ship the Item: Pack the item securely in its original packaging, and ship it to the following address:

Refund Process
- Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Non-Returnable Items
- Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.
- Items that are damaged or show signs of wear cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Shipping Charges
- Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the item was defective or incorrect.
Exchanges
